Here’s how to access and manage your alooola account.

Download the App​

Get started by downloading the alooola app:

Sign In​

Use your email and password, or enable Face ID for quick, secure access.

If you haven’t enabled Face ID yet, you can do so at the login screen.

Create an Account​

  1. Enter Your Phone Number
    We’ll send a quick verification code via text.

  2. Verify with Code
    Enter the 6-digit code to confirm your number.

  3. Finish Setup
    Provide your first name, last name, and email to complete registration.

Reset Your Password​

  1. Tap Forgot password? on the login screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter the text verification code we send
  4. Choose a new password
