Sign in for the first time

If we emailed you a temporary password, your account is already set up. Sign in with that email address and password instead of creating a new account.

Please don't create a second account

A new account starts empty. It isn't connected to the money we already manage for you.

How do I sign in?

  1. Get the app. Download alooola from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Tap Sign in with email. Use this the first time, not Apple or Google.
  3. Enter your email and temporary password. Use the email address our message went to. The password is case-sensitive, so copy and paste it.
  4. Enter the code we text you. It goes to the phone number we have on file for you.

Should I change the temporary password?

Yes, as soon as you're in. Open Profile (the person icon at the bottom of the screen), tap Security, then Change Password.

On the same screen you can also turn on sign-in with Apple or Google. See Sign-in, Face ID and passwords.

I was a client before. What do I need to set up again?

Your monthly deposit. A recurring deposit from the old platform doesn't carry over, so set it up again in the app. See How do I set up a monthly deposit?

What if the temporary password doesn't work?

  • Look for a newer email. If we sent you a new login, only the newest password works.
  • Copy and paste the password. It mixes letters, numbers and hyphens.
  • Check the email address. Use the one our message was sent to.

Still stuck? Reply to the email or write to support@alooola.com and we'll send a new password. Please don't use Forgot password? before your first sign-in.

Can I use alooola on a computer?

Yes. Sign in at app.alooola.com with the same email and password. You can see your accounts, make deposits and withdrawals, and use your Document Vault.
