We charge a simple, transparent platform fee — no hidden costs or commissions. You'll always see the fee structure before you invest, and we never make money from trades or product sales.
Can I choose my own investments?
alooola offers curated, expert-built portfolios designed to match your goals and risk level. While you can't pick individual stocks, you're always in control — you can adjust your portfolio strategy anytime.
What types of accounts can I open?
We currently support:
- Individual (Taxable) Accounts
- Traditional IRAs
- Roth IRAs
You can open and manage multiple accounts from your dashboard.
How long does it take to transfer an account?
Most transfers complete within 5–7 business days, depending on your current provider. You can track every step from your Wealth dashboard.
What happens if the market drops?
Short-term market dips are a normal part of long-term investing. Our portfolios are diversified and include automatic rebalancing to help manage risk. If your financial goals change, you can adjust your strategy at any time.
Can I withdraw my money anytime?
Yes — you’re always in control. You can withdraw funds from your alooola account at any time.
To protect your account and ensure proper settlement, we apply:
- A seasoning period on newly deposited funds before they can be withdrawn
- A 1-day wait after any investment is sold before the cash is available
